A beastly barbarian, built like he was made out of stone. With Blood color hair and a Great-Sword on his back. Riding through the rocky mountains to find some treasure that may have been left by the death of some wanderers from the monsters in the area. He walked for a day or two before he saw another horse like figure in the distance. He thought to himself "Hmm, Wouldn't of thought of passing by someone that would be alive." The barbarian decided he should get closer to see if the horse like figure had someone on it, he could of always sell the horse if it didn't he told himself. As he got closer within 100 feet. He could see a person on the horse wielding a bow. So, he paused slowly to see if the person would be aggressive towards him or not.

Kerzer had only been out on his horse for a few hours that morning when he saw someone in the distance. The man in the distance was astride a horse, Kerzer didn't know how a beast of a man like that could actually stay on a horse without either falling off, or the horse being crushed underneath his build. The beast of a man didn't look like he was in the mind to attack Kerzer right out, so Kerzer kept his horse striding forward at a slow pace, his hands ever close to his bow across his lap. ~If this man tries anything it would be easy enough for me to get away from him and put him down at a distance, but let us not think like that...let us hope that he is a friend, or at least a man that will soon become a friend.~
When Kerzer got about twenty feet from the man he raised his hand in greeting. "Hello there friend! What might you be doing out here in these mountains so early in the morning!" Kerzer yelled to him as he stopped his horse waiting for a reply.

He saw the man get closer in which he put his right arm on his right hip, So that if the man on the horse tried to grab his bow he could at least grab his giant sword to give him some deflecting. But, when he got to the twenty feet mark and saw the man raise his arm. He quickly raised his as if he was about to grab the giant sword of his back but, made second thoughts after he saw it was only a wave. Lowered his arm a bit and waved a little to give a good gesture of his intentions. He laughed as he wondered the same thing that the man asked him but replied with "Looking for more equipment that the dead may have left behind with all these viscous monsters! What are you running about in the mountains?" As they got to about 10 feet from each other he started to relax.

~A scavenger~ thought Kerzer as he listened to the man talk. "Not much equipment to be found up here...or back there for that matter" Kerzer said motioning the way he had came from. "The village farther down the way is going to be in quite a pickle here soon, I am hoping to train myself up so I can come back and help them out, but we shall see if that actually happens...quite hard for one person to do much on their own."
As Kerzer was talking to the man he looked him over and noted, just as he had from a distance, that this man looked like a beast of a man. "So what is your name traveler?" Kerzer asked the man simply, they couldn't go on just talking to each other without proper introductions and if this went Kerzer's way he would have found himself someone to watch his back...hopefully that is the way this was going to go.

Zag sighs with the information that this man gave him about the loot. He looks in the distance to see if a village is in distance "Zag. Zag Ragaldo is the name. How about yourself? Also why would the village be in this so called pickle?" As he adjusts himself on the horse, as it being a little to small for him. Zag thinks he would find this fellow intriguing to keep around through random wandering, would be nice if he had a good shot with that bow.

"Nice to meet you Zag" Kerzer said holding out his hand to Zag "I am known as Kerzer." As this exchange went along Kerzer adjusted himself in the saddle and started to explain to Zag about the things happening in the village he had just left and about the spawns of vampires and vampire lords living north of the place. "It took me a bit while I was there to get the information out of them about these vampires, but once I had I knew that I wasn't up for that challenge just yet. So I am heading south. If you haven't any business up here other than looking for loot that you most likely won't find around these parts, I am in need of some company along my travels, that is if you are up for it."

Zag sees kerzer reach his hand out in which he extends his to meet his hand. "Nice to meet ya there Kerzer" He listened about what he heard to the village and nodded as he said he wasn't up for the task. "I don't think I would want to mess with those types of beasts either, there def some scary monsters" As kerzers asks him to see if he would like to accompany him. Zag decides to go along, so he may be able to find better equipment along the way and strengthen his blade. "Well Kerzer I don't think theirs is anything left for me to do to the east. I think I will follow you to the south and see what it has to offer"

"Well then let us be off!" Kerzer said to Zag as he started his horse back up towards the south-west away from West Dale and the terrible beasts that resided close to it. Kerzer didn't know it now, but Zag would prove his usefulness sooner rather than later in the coming days.
On the first couple days of their travels Kerzer would make small talk with Zag as the traveled avoiding various types of troubles along the way. At this rate it wouldn't be long before they reached there destination...that was if nothing decided to attack them along the way.
