paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedRaceGuide/featuredRaces/orcs.html#_scarred-witch-doctor-(witch)Couple of question: Can a half-orc become a scarred witch doctor?Half-orc has Orc Blood, which count as both humans and orcs for any effect related to race. But archtype = effect? Do scarred witch doctor get extra spell per day from INT or CON mod?
It didn't stated in the rule, but I think it make sense. From the rule: A scarred witch doctor uses Constitution instead of Intelligence when determining the highest level of spells she can cast, her spell save DCs, number of spells known at 1st level, and any effects of her hexes normally determined by her Intelligence. What's your option?

I think half orc qualifies, but you dont get extra spells, as it wasnt likely left out by accident. But as a witch, how many extra spells do yuo really need?

Could be an oversight that needs to be errata'd, which wouldn't be the first time they had to do something like that. You couldn't say replace all INT with CON because that would include skills so it's possible they tried to include everything and left one out.

I think if they just said "con based caster" that would have included everything.

I think racial archetypes apply for only that race. But that's what I think.

Orcs are humanoids with the orc subtype.
Half-orcs are Humanoid creatures with both the human and orc subtypes.
both can count as orcs

no archetypes only count for the exact race listed they are not based on type but actual race names if the archetype is marked as orc then only full blooded orc's can take it they are not based on subtypes but on a specific race

"For all effects related to race, a half-orc is considered an orc."

it not an effect related to race its a class choice for a specific race if it was an effect related to race the couldn't be archetype for half elves or half orc specifically as they are not a race they are not there own racial type

A feat is not an effect, however half-orcs can still select feats specific to orcs. Half-orcs should be able to select orc racial archetypes as well as half-orc racial archetypes.

Failing that, just take that feat to be counted as other race (Ancestral heritage)

i reiterate if what you assume is true then there could be no half orc or half elf archetypes as they are not race types but combinations of them. a racial archetype dosnt rely at all of racial type but on the specific race if an archetype says its for elves then it does not afect half elves or anything but full blooded elves otherwise i as a human can take racial heritage orc and be a scarred witch doctor
