It was a long journey, riding on a small boat, looking for the pirate city "Blackwater cove" It was a good place to put my skills after what happened. So much for "Nobility". After a few days of riding along the river, I encounter the entrance of the cove, and what I saw next was beautiful to say the least. Completely out of the ordinary underground city. A underground city of thugs, pirates and thieves. It seemed like a drow city, save for a few openings on the ceiling of the cave shedding sunlight on a otherwise poorly light excuse of a city. Maybe I shouldn't have went calling calling myself "Lady", Implying I had something worth gold. But the Bastard Sword I had was the most precious thing to me. A reminder of home. Wandering around a city, I wanted paper. "Need a engineer skilled in making siege weaponry, willing to pay gold". Perfect for my skills. And a perfect start for an adventure.

As I was hired, I was told to claim some land to build villages for "Mutual taxing". We were tired, hungry, and beaten up. But we managed to get to the location indicated. But there was, an unwelcoming welcome party. A angry mob wielding pitch forks and torches symbolizing their strength of unity. We stood no chance, and fell like helpless animals. Beaten, bloodied, and defeated, we were losing, losing, and lost.

Dax wanted to go back. Kaelmourn told Dax that I should help the surface dwellers. And Dax does what the big boss says. How can Dax tell the boss that he failed him. But there were so many peasants.... it was all Dax could do to get out of there and hide before the giant mob of peasants after him! Oh... Dax hopes Master Kaelmourn won't be too mad... I waited at the meeting point to see if they would show up! I did! A whole two hours! But they didn't. Oh well. I should probably tell him that I never managed to find them. That way he'll be angry at them for their desertion, not me for my failure.
