Oirendial saw the samurai move around Kaelmourn in a large circle and she couldn't help but wonder what she had wondered before. Kaelmourn seems like a ranger, and the samurai seems like a warrior, but still, would they be versed in the ways of magic. She knows she would better be cautious of them, but her curiosity was strong now, and because the party she was with now consisted of three seperate traveling groups, it seemed to her that even Kaelmourn would like to avoid a massive melee right now. Magic or not. Besides, she showed them she could heal and that she can use a crossbow, they do not know what other magic she possesses. "What are you doing?" She asked, genuine curiosity in her voice

"Creating blunted arrows." Kaelmourn responded plainly, eyes kept to his work. "They're more effective against skeletal undead. Shatters them. We only have 11 between us and we will need more if we are to survive such an encounter again." His blade was meticulously accurate and slow, taking his time with the arrow while he finished the tip and then moved down to start with the fletching as he did before.
"Do you not have healing to perform? One casting is all I require for my wounds." His gut churned in disgust at the thought of receiving help from a surface elf of any kind, the half human side of her not helping. He just needed to suck up his pride for now, they were close to the forest where she would leave. And then he could relax again with his crew to back him.

Oirendial walks up to Kaelmourn and puts her hand on his shoulder. Feeling the muscles tense under her hand."I see you do not like my touch" she said it with both dissapointment and approval. It was sad to know he did not like to be so close to her since she's so intrigued by him, on the other hand, it was good too know that he, like her was carefull with his trust and intimacy."You're wounds should be healed, check to make sure if you want. And I can see you're makeing arrows." she said a bit annoyed, she was not an idiot after all. "I was talkign about him." as she pointed to Drugo

Drugo walked up to a point and then stopped and looked at Kaelmourn and the half-elf. He yelled out, "Just keeping an eye out for anything suspicious. It's best to be safe than sorry." Drugo had always kept an eye for the safety of the group. He always tried to make friends with anything. To Drugo, if he were to do something irrational he would have an easier access to putting a knife through someone's back or even worse using his katana to slice people open. Drugo then continued his watch but moving a little closer to the group.

Sentar hated to be ordered around but he did need to memorize some magics for today, so he sat down and began to meditate. Meditation was always easier with a stomach full of warm food. For supper he should make a warm mash of oats, and berries. "How is everyone's condition doing?" Sentar asked the group.

"I see. Safe is indeed preferable over sorry. Should you need any help, just call for me." She ignored the Druids question, trying to keep er distance from him, she sat down and stared in front of her towards Kaelmourn, waveing her hands slightly. A frown of deep focus comes about her. She seems to sink within herself and lok at things that aren't there.

Kaelmourn tensed at her touch, freezing in his work for two seconds even as the positive energy flooded through him and healed his wounds. Then he slowly relaxed and went back to his work as he finished his current arrow and moved on to the next. His mind wandered to the weaknesses of his race's surface-dwelling cousins. What exactly made them so much weaker? Was it the lack of desire for power? Their condemnation of demonic pacts? Perhaps it was compassion that was their fall from grace. A small voice in the back of his mind whispered the thought that perhaps it was simply uncalled prejudice, but he shook such a thought away. His home was dead but he didn't forget its teachings.
The voice did not remain silent though and whispered the suggestion again, this time it was not shaken away but the gates to his thoughts remained unchanged. Kaelmourn gave a deep sigh and started on the next arrow, stripping off its skin with slow precision that now lagged behind some, perhaps out of short-depression or some other reason. His mind sat there conflicted for a few moments before he decided that it wouldn't be the first time he ignored the teachings of his home, it most likely would not be the last either.
"Sit with me if you like." He said to the Half-Elf, tilting his hood up enough so she would know he was speaking to her, but once that was done it fell back down to the would-be arrow in his hands.

Oirendial, in deep focus makes a quick decision, let her focus flow and talk to the drow or stay focused. An easy decision, she stood up and walked over so she could sit besides the drow. "You make fine arrows, any chance you'll teach me that?" She said with a smile, not expecting a positive response. Though no lie was necessary to stroke his ego. His arrows were truely nice.
"Never mind, they are (long/short)bow arrows anyway (OOC; i saw you use your bow in the battle so oirendial knows what it is, but i don't, so assume she said the bow you have), and i have a crossbow,so i need bolts really."
She felt uneasy, blurting out whatever came to mind. Why did he make her feel like this? She fell to silence seeing as how she had nothing better to say.

Drugo had always been a rebellious drow. He never cared for the teachings of the underdark, but he cared more for the people that lived in it. He had always heard bad things about surface elves in the underdark, though living on the surface long enough to talk to some had proved otherwise. After the incident in the underdark, it was easier for him to draw away from his past and more focused on his future. Drugo was aware that becoming a samurai would make him appear more human with it's ways, but Drugo knew that the samurai's power is strong in those who use it correctly. Those who can control themselves; those who stand without fear. Drugo was never selfless, he always cared for other people, unless they happen to abuse his trust.
Drugo walked up to a little creek, stopped, and pulled off his hide armor shirt, exposing his dark skin and tight muscles that were aligned over his chest and abs. Luckily, trees were everywhere so no one can see him, he turned away so he can wash his uniform in privacy. He then sat down on a log and dabbed water on himself, pulled out the soap, and washed his arms, neck, and chest. As quick as he could,he dried off his chest plate and put it back on. Drugo made a sigh of relief knowing that he now smelled better. Drugo walked up to the center of the group and sat down on a broken log and eyed the distance ahead into the path to him that led to nowhere. While keeping watch he took out his sword from it's sheath and layed it out in front of him. With both hands, Drugo sharpened his katana on a whetstone.

Oirendial's unease only became greater as Drugo came back. She felt like he was staring at her. She felt the dark elves are as curious about her as she is about them. Kaelmourn said they came from their home which is now destroyed, maybe they have never seen a half-elf. Or maybe they tought i was an abomination.
She spoke in Elvish. "where was your home? I will admit i am curious to your lands, even if they do not exist anymore, and i can see you (points at drugo) are eiter uncomfotable or curious about me, and i wish to know why?" Her voice sounded stronger then she felt, but she coldn't wait for the answer and had to try her best to keer her body from trembling

Kaelmourn's eyes focused hard on the arrow infront of him, the perfect curvature he carved out of it until it was as smooth as it was going to get. It wasn't the finest arrows by far but for something made without proper tools and preparation it was definitely fine work. One smooth motion of the blade, one curl of tree-skin peeling off. A smooth and repeated motion done as if he had been practicing his entire life. His head tilted some to look at the half-elf beside once she asked her question.
"It would take a longer amount of time to teach than by the time we arrive at your forest." He paused for a moment and put his short-sword down on the ground to the opposite side where she sat. He was still cautious, he didn't want someone so close physically to have his blade. His mind struggled with a question until finally he made up his mind on the topic. "You could learn more, however, if you joined the Pirates of Blackwater. There's more money involved than that pouch I gave you."

Drugo looked up and answered the half-elf's last question with a smile, "You kind of surprised me when I first saw you. I didn't know half-elves exist. I didn't even know that elves had relations with humans. I am curious...what elf tribe are you related to?" Drugo then went back to sharpening his sword and keeping an eye out for things off in the distance. The only things he saw in the distance were deers and rabbits.

At Drugo's response Sentar commented "there are always exceptions." His voice trailing off. Sentar with his knowledge of trees went over and picked up a few brances and lay them in front of Kaelmourn. "This poplar will be easier to work with than that maple." Sentar went and sat next to Drugo. There he watched the half elf and drow have what almost became a romantic moment, they both seem to be interested in each other but both are unsure of the other's purpose. It doesn't matter though soon I will leave this group and join my nation. "So Drugo what do you wish of your future?"

Drugo looked over at the druid. He wasn't sure what to say. In fact, he never really had planned much for his future. So Drugo responded with what he thought would be a good answer, "My future. I wish that I become a great warrior. A warrior who stands up for himself and his people. To become a great samurai warrior. To fulfill my part in duty, honor, loyalty, and obedience." Drugo then looked up and grinned.

"You are an honorable man, and those who meet you are better for it Drugo." Sentar began filling Drugo's and his water skins with purified water. "So Drugo the others seem to fear me, why is that? I have done nothing but help them on this journey, If I had wanted to kill them I had my chance when they were under attack from the skeletal knights."
