Currently such is not possible, as spending two hero points to cheat death brings you to one hit point less than death in a stabilized condition. Being such, you would recover hitpoints as if resting, thus in your case 4 hit points a day. You would not be able to move until you had gotten to 1 hp through natural rest, which will take you 4 days exactly. As you were thrown into near-death on your third day, getting back up in health would take up the rest of your week's turn. Starting the first day of the next week however you would be fully capable of moving and adventuring, albeit with 1 health.
An additional advisory, you should check with Magistrate Spade to see if any of your equipment was looted. Cheating death protects you from dying, but one cannot say the same for your equipment.

Solreth is right about this. I had previously stated that he would stabilize at 0 hp. Upon reexamining the cheat death rules it appears Solreth is correct.

I am afraid that I will be at 0 hp. Additionally, I think theres a rule in PF that would allow me to regain consciousness, and attempt to heal myself.

I don't know about that. Seems Clout and Solreth have both said that you won't be at 0 :/

Noooo! Im sorry Del!!!
On another note, why is lying for 24 hours doing nothing not counted as a full days rest?

I would think that because you are at negative hp it is like you are knocked out. I would assume that being knocked out isn't the same as complete bedrest as in you wouldn't wake up feeling refreshed from being knocked out like you would from just sleeping. Just my thoughts on that though

I thought that in DnD "complete bedrest" is pretty much the same as not doing anything for the whole day. And since you dont spend 1/3 of your day adventuring, your wounds heal faster. Where as if you run around and kill things while only sleeping for 8 hours, you heal at 1/2 that rate (regular healing)

I would leave this up to Clout's interpretation, but Renen is correct. If such is the case, then you would wake up at the end of your 6th day, being able to do your 7th day's turn with 5 hp.

We had people do full rest in the field, so comfortable beds are hardly a requirment.

I was looking around for things to clear this up without Clouts ruling and came around this
HP Recovery: Eight hours of normal rest allows a character to recover 1 hp per character level. A disabled character that is not aided by another can attempt a DC 10 Constitution check after resting for 8 hours, to begin recovering hit points naturally (see the disabled condition for additional rules.)
Disabled: A character with 0 hit points, or one who has negative hit points but has become stable and conscious, is disabled.
I don't know if that actually applies to you, but if it does then yay I learned something new lol I'll keep looking.
