Calidor will be reduced to a City, factions with in the city will exist such as theives guild, mercenary guilds, military faction and such ****Suggestions wanted*****
Games will be played via quests that will be 2-4 week adventures by the same GM
Noble Houses will give the quests and each noble house is "Lead" by a GM.
Characters must be lvl 10 to lead a faction and lvl 15 to depart from the city and create their own village.
Safety for low level characters. Easier to start character.

I think that this is a very good way to make all classes viable again, this does however turn the realm into a more social game instead of a hack and slash. I have always wanted to play a ninja so I love this if it were to happen.

I dont know how i Feel about a lv requirement to lead a faction but i like the way this is going. also i like giving people an easier means to meet the other members of the game. 10 and 15 might be too high maybe 5 and 10 instead just giving my 2 since.

We all thought it would be easier to start this if it started with a GM/NPC backbone then we allowed higher level players to wrestle control of more things as they leveled up, the levels are of course up for debate.

I honestly believe we should get a good dose of both. I suggest that we do a real time week equals a month in game time. We will still have only a week's worth of hunting and encounters (or in this case, questing) and the three weeks is allocated to equipping yourself for such adventures by gaining funds/equipment/training through different avenues: training animals, crafting, setting up shop. We also use the downtime for city building once that option is available when we are level 10 or 15 (I suggest we put this to vote) when we are ready to build our own village.

I also think that the Custom race system should either be changed or demolished because it's causing disappointment in some people who have great ideas but don't want a 75% penalty on XP.

We will have a new rulebook that will have all the things we have added on (worked in Calidor) plus the new modifications right?

Indeed we will have a new rulebook.
For now, you should know nothing over 15 RP.

are we still going with "as long as it's Paizo it's legal" or are their going to be new restrictions that don't allow overpowered PCs?
