it is well known that enhancement bonuses don't stack. BUT if I already have natural armor from race and class for example changelings they get a natural armor bonus of 1 so if they get a amulet of natural armor +2 would those racial and enhancement stack? second some classes grant natural armor would it stack so in all does RACIAL, CLASS, and ,a ITEM BONUS (enhancement) stack? for the sake of natural armor

Bonuses don't stack with each other of the same type unless stated otherwise in the text. For example a half-orc sorcerer picks up the ironhide racial feat that grants +1 natural armor bonus. They also selected the draconic bloodline which gives +1 natural armor bonus at 3rd level. Now, at 3rd level they still have a +1 natural armor bonus, because they are the same type. Now, at 6th level they pick Dragon Disciple and get an increase in natural armor bonus and now have +2 natural armor bonus. Finally, they have an amulet of natural armor +1, which is an enchantment bonus and now they have a +3 natural armor bonus. In combat, a 4th-level Druid casts barkskin (+2 enchantment bonus to natural armor) on the sorcerer increasing their natural armor bonus to +4. The sorcerer's natural armor bonus will only be +4 because enchantment bonuses don't stack, which is what the amulet and spell are.

well i'am wondering because i plan to make a savage barbarian, that gets natural armor from being tough skinned and in the class they get more natural armor (like a barbarians dr) so would the amulet of natural armor or those spells increase the natural armor further? (i know between the spells they don't stack. but do they increase whats their?)
so is it all natural armor from class and race + magic or amulet = new bonus. or is it my natural armor from class and race + magic or amulet = what ever is higher.
from that first part it should stack on class and race.

The natural armor from the race and class are the same type and don't stack. It isn't worded in a way that the natural armor you gain from race is considered racial (which would be different type bonus and therefore stack). Unless you can convince the DM to house-rule natural armor from race into "racial bonus" to natural armor for PCs, which is a different type of bonus.
I'm going to make an example using the Savage Barbarian Changeling as template for natural armor.
1st level: +1 Natural armor bonus from Changeling racial trait. Take Mother's Gift: Surprisingly tough feat for a +1 INCREASE to natural armor bonus. NA bonus is now +2. (1+1) 6th level acquire a amulet of natural armor +2, which adds an ENCHANTMENT bonus of +2 TO natural armor bonus. NA bonus is now +4. (1+1+2) 7th level Savage Barbarian gains natural toughness (+1 natural armor bonus) NA bonus is now +4 (1+1+2) Natural toughness and natural armor from race don't stack since they are the same type bonus. 10th level Natural toughness INCREASES the natural armor bonus FROM natural toughness to +2. NA bonus is now +5 (2+1+2) 16th level Acquires a amulet of natural armor +5 and Natural toughness bonus is now +4 NA bonus is now +10 (4+1+5) 19th level Natural toughness increases to +5 NA bonus is now +11 (5+1+5) Basically think of it like wearing padded armor under field plate. +7 armor bonus and a +1 armor bonus. Same type, so only field plate counts.
