A few things about this chart from the 1.3 book...
1. The titles of New Structures and New Kingdom Buildings are a bit confusing.
Propose that it be changed to New Structures and Building Improvements
2. The progression of the chart seems to be overwhelming.. Understanding that without a firm economy then there is virtually no way that a Faction could obtain a large amount of land and still be able to maintain expantion.
The slope of the progression is very high and will let some who have the large amount of lands to just dump into upgrades like crazy.
3. Hex claims and Land searches are differentiated and could if plausible have 6 land searches and only purchase 2 of them each week. (Unless this was done by design)
Propose that Land searches and Hex Claims be joined together and described as such.
Also state the land searches must be paid for by the Kingdom (had somebody try to pay for one by themselves)
State that the land searched may only stay clear for 1d4 weeks before it returns to a wild state and will have to be
Searched again. (If it was cleared and a Land Survey (Knowledge Geography) was done then that resource or lack of will remain. No chance for getting a different resource or getting a resource on an empty Hex
4. Annotate and describe better or sort individual actions that can be done for each area.
New structure: Village, Tower
Building Improvement: Upgrades to a Town, Keep, Mine, Quarry, Boats, Converting a Farm (From Spice)
--Still not sure how converting a spice mine to a farm is possible--
Land Improvement: Farm, Fishery, Canal
Road: May only build 1 road per week
--Question on Multiple Hexes adjoining to one Hex via Road (separate proposal)

Just looks more balanced and trying to prevent a large problem later down the line when it will be near impossible to fix.
