So working on instances but I'm torn on what to give people as a reward. Current thoughts are; low magical items, broken magical items; gold; more exp; mythic levels.

i dont think mythic levels should be a reward...well maybe for SOOPER hard instances. i think bonus exp low or magical items would be most fair

I think right now gold and low/broken magic items are the best since we are already getting xp for the encounters we face. I would be fine with broken magic items assuming they can be fixed using either resources from the our territories or with the gold we find along the way.
I guess it really depends on how quickly you want magic items to be introduced to the game on whether you give low quality magic items or broken ones that need resources to be fixed

Perhaps for more story driven instances a token or item that leads to a next step instance? minor or broken magical items at the start and each instance with progressively more impressive items?
I am of the mindset to keep a nice mix that is tailored to the overall difficulty of the instances. Or non standard items that have useful purposes not readily known.

gold, exp, loot would be good and standard for a dungeon. Magical items would be the main attraction right now since wands and magic wpn/armor requires level 5 before we can craft any.

Well I worried about magical items stealing the thunder from our many crafters.
The idea for mythical was do 2 dungeons your parties CR+2 for a mythic level or 5 at your parties CR.
Broken items was an idea to give magical items but not cut out the crafters in the system of the game
There is already the idea of having harder difficulties of the Instances through being unlocked. (Lots of these ideas have not been discussed with other magistrates)
I think gold for the individuals or the nations will be included regardless

As someone who is going to be playing a crafter of magic items I'm honestly not worried about dungeons dropping magic items stealing my thunder. With crafting taking as long as it will we won't be able to fill orders fast enough to keep everyone happy and not all items that drop will be useable by who it drops for which inspires barter and trade of items. Not to mention there are a lot of crafters in game but they are spread out through the nations so I wouldn't be to worried about it stealing any thunder.

I'm not sure what kind of thunder the items would steal because right now only factions make money so for a crafter to craft he would have to use the faction's money.
There's a lot of things to craft. Just looking at a +2 AC bonus a crafter would spend 4 days enchanting it. A +3 would require 9 days of enchanting. If there were the minimum of 5 members in a faction it would take 45 days in real life time since we only get 7 days worth of movements a week to get everyone a +3 armor. Armor being the cheaper thing to enchant too. weapon enhancements take twice as long.
