There will be no fancy story here, just plain statements.
The Mi'qen are esentialy hary, doglike kobolds. Why, becouse in the old fables they were described as such.
(Well the were also described as evil little men that like to cause pain to others, but we already have Goblins)
In personality they're most often Chaotic, and that is usualy acompanied by Evil (but can by flexible), in general consider them The Joker to the Gnolls Bane and Kobolds Lex Luthor.
When it comes to groups they're mostly small tribes and warbands, that on ocasion come togeather to achive a common goal (like raiding sheep hearders).
Relations with them are always tens, with they're slash and burn policie. The only race they're simingly good with are the Gnolls, becouse the look very simular.
As for classes they'll make good ambush fiters and rogues, and wisdom based magic users. They work best in small teams of there own.

- has a natural ability to sniff out carrion. This functions like the scent ability, but only for corpses and badly wounded creatures (creatures with 25% or fewer hit points)
Movement Traits
Climb 2RP
- has a climb speed of 20 feet, and gain the +8 racial bonus on Climb checks that a climb speed normally grants
Feat and Skill Traits
Stalker 1RP
- Perception and Stealth are always class skills for members of this race
Skill Training 1RP
>Climb +1, Stelth +1
Static Bonus Feet 2RP
>Shake it Off

Alternative Traits
-Just some things I came up with later on. Be carefull tough Strong Breed, Feral and Digger all have Advanced Traits and so myght be liable too an exp penalty.
Stronger Breed (There is no trait that makes you devalue your ability score, I added the -6 becouse it makes sense to me,when you're far stronger then your peers it makes sens that you think with your muscles)

> insted of Shake it Off take the Weapon Finess Feat
Feral
> gain 2 Claw and Bite natural Attacks
> lose Climb and Skill Training
Digger
> insted of Climb you gain the Burrow Trait

> take Natural Armour Trait
> lose Stalker and Skill Training
Knock Down
> Gain Bite, Kneecapper and Relentless Traits
