Oh, and a suggestion.
If fumbles stay in, you should always make sure to use a 19-20/x2 crit weapon instead of a x3 weapon. Mathwise, they work out to the same amount of damage to your enemies, but a x3 crit weapon is significantly worse if you happen to crit yourself or an ally.
For the record, the fact that this is true annoys me.

You would roll your atk roll vs AC. If it's below the AC then it's a confirmed fumble. So at higher lvls you'd have less chance of fumbling like a noob.

Well it depends. For example for instances where you would hit yourself you would have to roll attack against your AC. For other instances we could implement a DC.

or roll to hit you flat footed which to me makes more sense because your armor would stop the hit

It should be roll to confirm against the AC of whatever you're fighting, and a hit negates the crit fumble. That way, the more you outclass your opponent the less likely you are to screw up when hitting them.

roll again for a set number being a confirm on the critical miss like say you fail again and maybe add the modifier before that second confirming roll and if it fails to pass the check you get a crit failure and need to roll a d100 for the result.
Just throwing that idea out there. I'm not too particularly stuck on these details at this time. I'd like to get more feedback on the matter.

and "magnets"
I really think there needs to be a re-vamp on the fumble system. It creates a penalty the more attacks you get as you master your levels. I think at minimum there needs to be a confirm roll similar to the confirm needed for crit success.

yea need to scrap this poll since it doesn't even include one of the main changes to the fumble system, removing it all together.

1. That was edited after I read it 1st time so no I haven't and I can only assume there were others who have not either so it's placed in a bad spot ergo the vote will not be accurate.
2. The poll doesn't include adding confirmation rolls for a fumble.
3. There's also various other options that were not included.

1 You must be Mr Licaty Split cause I edited that with in 10 minutes of creating the poll and only 1 person even voted by that time 2 That is not the subject of this poll 3 this poll deals with the discussion that took place and reached a point were multiple people said it was time for a vote.
