I propose we make another "game" on roll 20, used only run encounters. We currently have a good amount of GM's and there are times where a group wants to go, has a GM that can run them, but cant because another group is running an encounter. This way those people can jump over to another "game" on roll 20, and do their encounters there.
Thoughts?

I think that doing things such as hunts and random encounters would be reasonable, but to move the instance and world map and keep it updated would be a bit of a pain for the GM's. Also you start running into problems of groups not having an audience.

we could split the encounter map into 4 parts we never use the whole thing anyway that way multiple gms can run multiple encounters

we could pm the rolls to the gm or make them gm rolls that would cut down on the space

I definitely agree with this. I see it almost every night I log on where one group is doing a hunt or a land search and there are 2-3 other groups waiting to go and a free GM. I think that finding a way to run multimple hunts or encounters at the same would be very beneficial to the game because it would take care of more people in one night and ensure everyone got all the moves and hunts available to them that week.
Because of the price of landsearching a lot of countries send out multiple small bands of people to keep costs down or they can't get their whole group together at once so a lot of times you see the same groups running over multiple nights, or for hours on end. While everyone is absolutely entitled to their full turn and movements it's frustrating when you are sitting around waiting for another group to finish when there is other GM's on and able to run things.
This game is big enough that it's almost a necessity at this point to have multiple encounters able to run at once and it will also cut down on the demand of the GM's. A lot of times I see the same GM's running all night because they start an encounter with a group and then other GM's and Statemen go do something else since they aren't able to run and people keep pouncing on the one GM that is there.
We can create another room in the Vent to there isn't cross chatter on the encounter channels and as suggest above we can either whisper the rolls to the GM if there are multiple groups running or we can just use the room for rolling and tell the results to the GM in the vent. The roll would still be publicized so it will prevent people from fudging the rolls if the GM actually has to go back and check.
I've been saying for awhile now we should do something like this so I'm all for supporting this.

Okay, lets decide how much we want it to have okay? I'll see if/how I can move pages from one to another. Do we want the 2nd one to just have encounters? are the instances and the world map going to be on it as well?

I think it should be another one just to run simple hunts and encounters. That's honestly the thing that takes up the most time. I think that instances and the world map can stay as it is and in the even a party is one and running an instance people will just have to wait. (Mainly because as I understand it the instances are fewer and far between and not able to be run over and over again)
The only real problem is when you have groups that are wanting to do 4-5 hunts in a row and that eats up a lot of time, both for other players and the GM's.
That's my two cents at least. Maybe if/when we grow bigger and there are more people hitting up all the instances around the world that will be another thing but right now the hunt encounters are the things that need the fix.

instances seem like they would take up hours at a time. I think we might need a room just for them.

Clout can copy the complete game over, it is pretty easy but only he can do it.

I would remove the world map from second game room and have it for only encounters. Having to update two maps will become tedious

I suggest you keep the map, but only so players can point where they are moving. "I am moving over those mountain, travelling 2 hexes. Let me roll 2d100 for encounters"
