Um but it isn't Paizo, there is no Paizo article with that race and giving it a name. You are building a new race using templates from Paizo, which you have a 10 rp limit you are at 203 according to Effigy which means you are roughly 20x more powerful at level one than everyone else in this game.

SPECIAL ABILITIES Carapace (Su) The tarrasque's scales deflect cones, lines, rays, and magic missile spells, rendering the tarrasque immune to such effects. There is a 30% chance a deflected effect reflects back in full force at the caster; otherwise it is simply negated.
Powerful Leaper (Ex) The tarrasque uses its Strength to modify Acrobatics checks made to jump, and has a +24 racial bonus on Acrobatics checks made to jump.
Regeneration (Ex) No form of attack can suppress the tarrasque's regeneration—it regenerates even if disintegrated or slain by a death effect. If the tarrasque fails a save against an effect that would kill it instantly, it rises from death 3 rounds later with 1 hit point if no further damage is inflicted upon its remains. It can be banished or otherwise transported as a means to save a region, but the method to truly kill it has yet to be discovered.
Rush (Ex) Once per minute for 1 round, the tarrasque can move at a speed of 150 feet. This increases its Acrobatics bonus on checks made to jump to +87.
Spines (Ex) The tarrasque can loose a volley of six spear-like spines from its body as a standard action with a toss of its head or a lash of its tail. Make an attack roll for each spine—all targets must be within 30 feet of each other. The spines have a range increment of 120 ft.

None of that apply s here, This is a Template placed on a Monster not a new Race. All of that applies here.

Honestly I expected the Dragon part to be the issue, it has always been so before.
Also everyone having the same avatar is really confusing.

“Half-dragon” is an inherited or acquired template that can be added to any living, corporeal creature (referred to hereafter as the base creature). A half-dragon retains all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.

You are trying to make your lvl 1 character be a cr 9-10 monster. I don't know what that seems like something that would be allowed.

I'm more supportive here than I probably should be, but I'm not sure this would work out =\ The giant isn't actually a race but rather a monster, and half-dragon is a template technically for monsters and it seems to have gotten a bit of a buff from 3.5. So I think it might be best if you not go with this.

You are trying to make your lvl 1 character be a cr 9-10 monster. I don't know what that seems like something that would be allowed. No, I am trying to make a interesting Character with great RP potential and I thought that given how different this game looks to be this would be the perfect place to Break em out. But apparently as always no one can see past the statistical power difference.

Back to the Drawing board....I just hope I can come up with something Good I have been drawing blanks and duds for inspiration lately.

It shatters the rules set forth in this campaign. Cool rp idea, make yourself a really tall human dragonblood sorc and use the rp.
